1. General

These Terms of Service govern your use of the dbOYi website and the purchase of products from dbOYi. By accessing this site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms. dbOYi reserves the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice.

2. Products & Specifications

All product images, descriptions, and specifications are provided for reference only. While we strive for accuracy, slight variations in color, finish, and dimensions may occur due to manufacturing tolerances and display settings. dbOYi reserves the right to modify product designs and specifications without prior notice.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are quoted in USD unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice. For bulk orders, final pricing is confirmed in the proforma invoice. Payment terms are typically 30% deposit with order, 70% balance before shipment, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Accepted payment methods: T/T (wire transfer), L/C (letter of credit), and major credit cards for sample orders.

4. Orders & Lead Times

Sample orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days. Bulk production lead times range from 15–30 days depending on order volume and product complexity. Estimated delivery dates are provided in good faith and are not guaranteed.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping is arranged FOB Ningbo, China by default. Buyers are responsible for freight, insurance, customs duties, and any applicable import taxes. Risk of loss transfers to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier. CIF and other Incoterms are available upon request.

6. Warranty

dbOYi provides a 2-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects on all products. This warranty covers material and workmanship defects under normal use conditions. It does not cover damage from improper installation, misuse, natural disasters, or unauthorized modifications.

Warranty claims must be submitted in writing with proof of purchase and photographic evidence of the defect. Replacement or repair is at dbOYi's sole discretion.

7. Returns & Refunds

Returns must be authorized in writing within 14 days of receipt. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. Returned items must be in original condition and packaging. Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect.

Refunds are processed within 15 business days after inspection of returned goods. A restocking fee of up to 15% may apply for non-defective returns.

8. OEM / ODM Services

dbOYi offers OEM and ODM services for qualified buyers. Custom designs, branding, packaging, and specifications are subject to separate agreements including minimum order quantities (MOQ) and tooling costs where applicable. All custom designs remain the intellectual property of dbOYi unless explicitly transferred in writing.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, product designs, and trademarks — is the property of dbOYi and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.

10. Limitation of Liability

dbOYi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the purchase price of the specific product giving rise to the claim.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes shall be resolved through negotiation in good faith. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC) for arbitration.
